Raskin Vladimir

I was born on the 22 of April, 1984 in Monchegorsk, Murmansk region, Russian Federation.

Before 1990, I have been visiting kindergartens.

In 1990, I entered primary school#8 in town Monchegorsk. At school I took part in some scientific conferences such as "Problems of power engineering", etc. Also I took part in and won some math, physics, programming competitions. In higher school form I finished "Technical translation (English) and information technologies" courses. Also I finished some special courses in MIPI ("PC repair and upgrade ", "Programming basic"), MIPT also known as "Fiztech" (Physics and math courses).

My school years gave me a lot of experience. I have met many interesting people, acquired new skills. At this period, I also have been visiting an Art School and took guitar player lessons. In 1996, my friends and I stared-up a rock-band and it was rather popular in my town. But in 2001 we left our town, that’s why our band is not popular now. In addition, at school I had some other occupations such as carting, football and computers.

In 2001, I entered Donetsk National Technical University with major in System Programming. The specialty selection is based on my interest in information technologies and PC's. At the university I have got a lot of new professional skills, met interesting and strange people. So it was very useful for me. Now I can develop a digital device and write my own software for it. I think it is great! And this is a good result.

In 2005, I have passed the bachelor’s degree exams. Now I am writing my master’s degree work. The title of my work is ‘Graphic questions in knowledge testing system for Microprocessor systems course’. It means that I am going to develop a knowledge testing system where a user draws a block diagram as an answer to a question.

Some words about my future plans. First of all, I’d like to receive a master’s degree in Computer Science. I do not exclude a probability of studying in one of the Russian universities. I’d like to get advanced knowledge of software development management and find a well paid job. Actually, it is more interesting for me to develop a project concept or manage then just programming.

In future, I’d like to be a founder and manager of the biggest IT-corporation and buy Microsoft, Cisco and Google. Joke.

In addition, I have some dreams: perfect wife, clever kids, alive parents world peace and BMW M3.
